Spinach mushroom quiche recipe with frozen pie crust

Palak mushroom is a healthy and helpful food. If you want to make it then this is a very good food for you. You can eat it along with sauce and can also keep it in the fridge after it gets cold.

Ingredients

5 ounces fresh spinach

1 (8 ounces) fresh chopped mushroom package

1\2 yellow onion, chopped

2 ounces crumbled feta cheese

4 ounces shredded swiss cheese, divided

1-9 inch deep dish prepared pie crust

4 large eggs

3\4 cup milk

1 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

1 teaspoon minced garlic

1\2 teaspoon salt

1\2 teaspoon ground black pepper

1\8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Easy spinach mushroom quichew!

Prepare a pie crust: Place prai flour in a dish, and refrigerator to cool for 40 minutes, then freeze for 20 minutes.

 

Bake pie crust properly : Heat oven to 400F! Line pie crust with aluminum foil and add pie weights. Bake until lightly yellow, about 30 minutes.

Prepare for filling : Cook veggies on low heat until tender and set aside. Mix eggs, milk, cream, cayenne, salt and black pepper together! Mix veggies well with shredded paneer and incorporate into partially cooked pie crust.

 

Bake quiche properly at 400F for about 40 minutes and refrigerate for 10 minutes for serving.
