High Protein Spicy Grilled Chicken Wraps!
A timeless classic recipe, so much flavour for how easy it is to make. This is a great delicious filling lunch or post workout mealšŖš½. This high protein chicken recipe is a perfect blend of bold flavors and nutritious ingredients. Packed with tender-cut grilled chicken, fresh vegetables, and a creamy yogurt dressing, these spicy wraps are a delicious, satisfying, protein-rich meal. It’s easy to make and customizable.
- Ingredients
– 600g Raw Chicken Breast cut into thin strips (I use 100g cooked chicken per wrap)
– 3-4 Garlic Cloves Minced or 1 Tbsp Garlic Paste
-1.5 Tsp Oregano
-1.5 Tsp PaprikaĀ
-1.5 Tsp Onion Powder–
1 Tsp Chilli Flakes–
1 Tsp Salt
– 1 Tsp Black Pepper
– 3/4 Lemon Juiced
– 2 Tsp Olive Oil (for cooking)
– 3 Low Calorie Tortilla Wraps ( Brand: Mission Wraps)
– Shredded Lettuce
– Chopped Red Onion & Tomato
Spicy Sauce
– 100g Low Fat Yogurt
– 20g Sriracha or any hot sauce you prefer
– 1 Tsp Minced Garlic
– Handful Fresh Chopped Parsley
– 1/2 Tsp Each Salt & Pepper
– 1/2 Lemon Juiced

1. **Marinade**:
ā In kitchen ha large bowl combine olive oil and hot sauce (your favorite) and hot sauce (your favorite)
– 1 teaspoon … hot sauce (your favorite)

– 1 teaspoon hot sauce (your favorite)
– 1 teaspoon hot sauce ( Heat the oil, add hot sauce, lime juice, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper.
– Add the chopped chicken pieces to the pan, cook them well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (2 hours if you want to make it even tastier and healthier).
2. **Grill the Chicken**
– Preheat your grill pan on medium heat. Apply a little oil on the surface.
– Grill the marinated chicken pieces for 4ā5 minutes to cook them thoroughly (internal temperature should reach 165°F/ 74°C). Remove and refrigerate for 5 minutes.
3. **Prepare the Wraps**:
– Heat a dry pan to make it easier to rotate the tortillas.
– Spread a layer of yogurt or cream in the center of each tortilla.
ā Top with a dollop of shredded lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and jalapenos.
ā Top with Greek chicken strips and sprinkle with grated cheese if desired.
4. **Assemble the Wraps**:
– Fold the sides of the tortilla in, then roll it tightly from bottom to top to form a wrap.
– Cut in half for ease of handling.
5. **Serve**:
– Enjoy hot with more hot sauce or your favorite dip, such as guacamole or salsa.
