Ingredients for Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding Recipe (Serves 2)
– 2 tbsp – unsweetened cocoa powder
– 2 tbsp – maple syrup
– ½ tsp – vanilla extract
– 1 cup milk
– ¼ cup – chia seeds
– A pinch – salt
– Optional toppings: fresh berries, chopped nuts, shredded coconut, dark chocolate shavings.
Instructions for Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding:-
1. Mix the chocolate base:-
– Take a small bowl, sift together cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract and salt.
– Then add the milk slowly, stirring continuously till well combined.
2. Add the chia seeds:-
– Add the chia seeds and mix well so that they are evenly distributed.
3. Let it thicken:
– Place it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to thicken, but it is better to keep it overnight so that it can dissolve well.
– Stir the mixture after 15 – 20 minutes to avoid a lump.
4. Check and serve
– Once set, the pudding should be thick and creamy. If it is too thick, add a little milk to thin it out.
5. Add toppings and enjoy
– Serve with your favorite toppings like berries, nuts, or extra chocolate.
Storage:-–
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days
